Export without prejudice
Today the media and politics have a great influence in both sides: positive and negative, generating ideas about certain countries and / or regions worldwide.
Positive influences are those that at the macroeconomic level generate programs and agreements of an international commercial nature that allow companies to develop and implement their export projects (eg; Free Trade Agreements between countries and economic blocs). Programs that give reliable statistical information for a correct decision making to choose products or services to be exported and the markets to which we will direct our international sales strategy.
Negative influences, I call them in this section as “prejudices”. Examples of prejudices: “women can not negotiate in Middle East” false.
One of the main tips I give to all those who want to start an export project is the EXPORT WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
Information is important, but we must know how to choose the information we read or listen to, and discard information that is not useful.
Many of the companies do not export to certain markets because the high level of ignorance or bad information received by the media or people we know.
Selling without prejudice, gives us a wide range of business opportunities, only those who understand this are widely successful in their exports.
Our purpose is to find business partners, and these partners must provide reliable payment and sale conditions, where parties under the “win / win” principle will benefit each other.
To conclude, with this section and to understand the concept I want to convey about “Export without prejudice”, I propose the following sentence to be able to give a clear example:
“Women if we can trade in the Middle East”
“There are companies of high reliability worldwide that need to cover needs in all parts of the world”
